This package was obviously a returned item another buyer returned to seller. Other buyers name was scribbled out with black sharpie. The bags of hardware were dumped inside the box, some were empty. Attempting to return item for a full refund tax and shipping included $210.00 is a lot of money to me. I saved up for 6 months to buy this passing light set up just for it to arrive in this condition
