When the buyer is in China or similar, and description says they accept returns and you pay return postage, GOOD LUCK!! You are responsible for astronomical shipping cost. I found out it’s almost more costly than the item -IF it is accepted by the seller when it arrives.
Almost $200 to ship a damaged product back to China and hope it’s accepted and then you may get a refund. Communication is slow and just hope that the seller decides to refund at least a part of it. Lesson learned UGH
