Bad ethics, I thought he was professional because he sells so many more packs but my experience was bad. He did not keep the original strap on the pack. He offered refund be refused to acknowledge he was in the wrong. I was forced to keep the item I’m too busy to return. He also had the audacity to ask me to send it back cause he has another buyer. Just a bad seller I would stay away.

Sir, You received the item that you purchase with the original strap. All Chicago 2017A Star Note Packs are the solid green band and not the striped bands produced by the BEP. However, we offered to send you a modified striped band or a full refund after we received the item back. You requested a refund without returning the item.Now who is the one with BAD ETHICS??
