Item was advertised as new in box. It appered to have been opened celophene torn batteries rewrapped. This may only have been for testing. Alternate function letters/symbols faint and hard to read. I have a very old 11c that wasnew when i got it as a gift. The alt f/g letters/symbols are still bright and clear. Use it every day since i got it when the model first came out. Seller claims it is new. I have my doubts. There was no photo, just a big black square.

What scam ? You purchased an item. Your item was shipped to you. A tracking number was provided for you to track your purchase. Your item arrived at your post office. The post office attempted to deliver your purchase at least once if not several times. My job is done as an eBay seller. Whatever problem you have, it is between you and your post office. NOT ME.
