First off, I tried to find my purchase the day after it arrived and your app said that I didn’t make a purchase. Then I tried the tracking number and the usps said that there was no tracking number, that it was wrong. It wasn’t. I wanted to return the purse as it had a joint on the strap that rubbed my skin. So I went back to the purchase I did make, and you said I had no purchases, and in little light gray print it said not returnable. So I am out $26 and will be donating the purse.
