Waited for this to arrive. Seller Listed as "fully operational and functions as intended", but it was completely defective when arrived. I spent a few hours thoroughly testing it, and then had to ship it back. Now i have to go and look for a replacement and have lost a few weeks.

According to the picture you had sent me and that you have posted here the item was healthy and in functional condition. The only complaint you had voiced to me was that you want a refund but did not want to return the item. Then once you started a return you were not happy that you would actually have to ship the item back and once i received it you would get the money back. It seems as if the item is working properly and you just wanted an immediate refund while keeping the item in posession.
