Buyer never asked if I combined shipping for multiple items, but being a collector myself, I sent buyer an invoice with discounted shipping. I usually charge $5 flat rate, gave buyer $3 discount. Buyer paid invoice and then got angry. Still kinda confused on why a buyer would be mad about discounted shipping, especially when discounts for multiple items isn't in my listing.
