Baffled as to why seller would point out a tiny black mark inside the collar yet fail to mention the inside of the collar and cuffs being brown and a brown streak all across one shoulder and halfway down one arm. Hoping will come off with stain remover when washed. Looks filthy rather than 'exc cond'.

The shirt's condition is as seen in the photos (which didn't show any marks at all), I thoroughly check my unwanted clothing before I sell & mention any flaws. It came back from the drycleaners with ironing marks & so I was conscious of it, but the brown marks you mention is not something I've seen when taking photos. It was kept in a polythene bag & in a secure clothing box, so I'm not sure how this would have happened. I'm sorry to hear about this, wish you got in contact to resolve the issue.
