Unfortunately, it isn't going to work for the purpose I bought it for, but it appears to work properly. I have a similar-looking one with an on/off switch without the circuitry that turns it off when there is a very low current draw and was hoping this was the same, since too has an on/off switch. I don't know if it's supposed to be a safety feature or what, but there is apparently a market for a bank that just runs out of juice.
