Buyer opened a return before i could solve the issue, speaker had the screws loose causing a rattle sound, I informed buyer to tighten the screws and all would be fine. I never received a response from the buyer. I got the speaker back and tightened the screws and speaker worked perfect. Speaker was listed as needing repairs when the buyer bought it. sellers beware!
