Unfortunately when the envelope arrived it was torn and empty in a plastic bag from USPS stating "we care blah, blah, blah. Seller did respond quickly when I brought this to his attention. He stated that I needed to reach out to USPS and report a claim. Still have heard nothing back from USPS. Unfortunate, as I felt I had a great deal only to be let down with an empty envelope delivered by a so called caring USPS. Will have to wait and see what USPS does.
