All I asked for was if there was a way to contact the delivery person just so I can track down my package… it was only copper sulfate. Nothing big. But they did tell me that there was no way for me to contact the delivery people. So I’ll give them a two star because they were quick to jump the gun. We always refund money for anything lost or stolen in the mail system, but not after it was delivered to you and stolen afterwards. We suggested you “... call (or better visit) your postal office and ask them to locate the parcel … speak to a person responsible for deliveries to your address”.
