tout s'est bien passé au départ, avec affichage du paiment, TVA incluse, objet reçu dans les délais, bien emballé, sauf que pour pouvoir récupérer l'objet, j'ai du m'acquitter une seconde fois de la TVA !!! Le coût de l'objet a donc TRES fortement augmenté ! les frais de livraison ont donc plus que doublé !

Tras escribirle al vendedor y aceptar la devolución, luego no he conseguido ni que me manden la etiqueta de devolución ni que me den los datos para enviarlo yo por mí cuenta.
Finalmente he podido arreglar el producto y usarlo, ya que el problema no era grave. Pero de no haber sido así habría tirado mi dinero.
