    Although the item was described as new and unused in the product details, the item arrived with signs of use.

    Buyer called me and was very rude stating that he used the bag for 2 weeks before he noticed (it wasn't like this when I shipped it). I remained calm and I offered a 20% refund and also offered to provide a return label at my expense. Buyer stated they wanted 100% refund without having to ship the bag back. Hopefully eBay helps with this blackmail attempt.
