I bought what looked like a new genuine Redhsift Shockstop Seatpost from this seller. It arrived quickly and I fitted it but the seat felt loose. The seller didn't respond to my messages, I contacted Redshift and they informed me the item was COUNTERFEIT and most likely bought off Ali Express. You can tell by the wrong colour lettering, the join at the top of the seat post etc. They said they had had these reported before after snapping at the join. Refunded.
