Very disappointed. Storage organizer was described as 'new' without labels. When it arrived the storage pockets were all dusty inside and one pocket had 4 hair bobbles inside. It was very obvious that it had been used before. I was offered my money back but not in a satisfactory way . I declined and kept the product.

I am sorry you were disappointed. I did explain that this was a genuine error as the item was sold,on behalf of a friend who described it as new. The item really looked brand new as you can see from the photos on the listing. However, I accept I should have checked the pockets. You were offered you a full refund and a free tracked return postage label but you rejected this. An expectation to have a full refund and to keep the product really is very unreasonable.
