The seller listed the MacBook Air laptop as “NEW” when in fact it was “USED.” The charger is 3rd party (not apple). There is a deep scratch on the backside. Seller did not factory reset computer.. there was a “user” account on the computer with a password. When powering on the computer there was a “apple iboot kernel panic attack” message that popped up within the terminal.
