Using plastic is problematic for me, especially older items used with food. I have two older plastic popsicle molds, but disliked using them, even though hot weather calls for frozen desserts. Enter stainless steel! This item seems well-designed, easy to clean, and unlike my plastic molds, this stainless one allows for individual removal of each popsicle. Love it! Now, how to dispose of my old molds responsibly… nothing is straightforward.
