Disappointed in the delivery process with the seller the amount of time it took to receive the order. Order was not what I expected. It definitely wasn’t worth it.

The buyer is in the USA. I sent the item from the UK through eBay global shipping. It takes much longer for international shipping. I was also on holiday but kept good communication with the buyer and sent additional items pics. The Adv is correct, if you do not like the item, I can not control personal preference. I have emailed the buyer to check anything I can do to revise the feedback, but she does not reply to messages anymore. The buyer has a very low review. I do not think it is fair.
