Arrived late, many scratches and antenna bent, the converter which is needed to connect the pc and monitor not included.

Hi there, the item arrived on time, verified by DHL Tracking. The antenna is intact; it's an external metal plate which attaches to the chassis. Minor bezel markings are normal for used items, the screen panel is scratch-free. The DisplayPort to VGA cable was included in the box, you found the VGA Cable. We offered to send a replacement cable. Unfortunately, we faced very unproductive replies. We are committed to resolving issues, we want everyone to be happy with their items 😊
