The item was in very good condition but not new. It was missing a couple of buttons and I had to take it to a repairer to get two more buttons tightened up and the inside lining stitched. It had been worn and showed some wear but nothing major, consequently I had it cleaned. I would have been more than happy if it had turned up like this with a description of used.

I'm quite surprised as I didn't see any of those issues, and as I bought the Jacket as new and didn't wear it I listed it as new. I would have been happy to refund if you had mentioned that there was an issue.
