In the photo it looks like brass. "But it's all faded silver or chrome with a rotting or deteriorating belt material.

Its an antique, so cloth does deteriorate over time just as seen in the photos, I don't know if you've ever seen old SOLID brass before, but it doesn't look like the shiny plated brass, You made 4 offers to get this from me and now you want to trash it on my feedback, God bless you, have a nice day
