I sent a polite request asking for non-signed delivery,which did not negate ebay seller-protection,they sent signed-for anyway

That response hilights the problem with sellers ignoring buyers' questions.I took great pains to point out that signed-for deliveries cause me great problems,made more annoying by the fact ebay seller-protection would still be there if tracked delivery only was used,much cheaper than unnecessary signed-for
