The seller is very communicative and easy to deal with. The laptop is working perfectly as promised however most of the bolts are missing from it, some kind of glue residue is all over the palm rest are makes it very sticky. Probably it had a keyboard cover on it some stage which has been removed but not cleaned afterwards. The Windows has not been activated. My overall experience is about 7 out of 10.
