This item was on my watch list. I received an offer of a 10% discount. I did not immediately accept the discounted offer. I visited eBay to view the item again., I decided to purchase it.. After clicking "buy now", I noticed that the price that was invoiced did not include the $4.20 discount that I had been offered. I tried to cancel the purchase but the eBay system would not allow it. I contacted the seller asking for the offered $4.20 discount but the seller did not respond at all.
