The hat is fine, good value for the price. But it just turned up in a plastic bag and nothing else, and is bashed and battered out of shape. It’s not supposed to look battered, it’s not that sort of hat 😥 it’s going to take some time to try and steam out the creases and bumps. There was literally no protective packing at all; just a plastic bag. Sorry, but I’m really disappointed 😔
