The grips were very light in color not like most rosewood I've seen in the past. The seller explained that this was Turkish rosewood and he would have to dye it to make it look like regular rosewood. He shipped out a new pair and the new ones look much closer to what I was expecting. I'll attach a photo the smaller gun has traditional rosewood grips and the larger gun are the custom ones Amazingly fast shipping for a custom piece. Thanks again
