Dishonest and difficult. Slow response to everything. Mulberry Mabel in "pristine condition" (title and description) was filthy inside. Seller ignored the issue (photos sent) and instead, ironically, wrongly accused me of violating eBay's time frame despite being well within the window. Took 5+ days to send return shipping label. Up until the end, seller repeatedly refused to issue refund, prompting eBay to intervene with full reimbursement.

4 full weeks after receiving the purse, the buyer decided that it had lint in the pocket and thus was not as described. She offered no explanation why it took 4 weeks to complain. This was the worst experience of my 454 ebay transactions. Beware of this buyer. She is at best unbelievably picky and at worst, deceitful.
She ended up getting a full refund and still was not happy. BEWARE!

Slanderous reply expected per the record, and pronoun usage inexcusable. More facts: seller did not include a Prada dust bag as promised. Contrary to standard operating procedure, seller left no feedback upon my prompt payment and swift, thorough communication. Given the dishonesty and refusal to take accountability, eBay recommended I return the item for a full refund and leave honest feedback here. I hope my first and only negative feedback in 20+ years spares others the same misfortune.
