Seller did not ship promptly and as a result shipment was further delayed by USPS. Communications were less than ideal.

Shipped Priority Mail within a few days. USPS didn't deliver by estimated date so buyer demanded I file claim for shipping refund due to delayed delivery & threatened to file complaint with Ebay. I told buyer numerous times that the USPS website said PM was not eligible only Express PM & you can't file for a refund for PM because it is delayed.
