        First of all you have an active open case. Secondly the item appears as delivered. Finally the postman has taken a picture holding my pack just outside your door. You claim that it couldn't be delivered because you were not hoe and they didn't leave a note but it is obvious even from the photo that it fits through your door and there is no reason at all the postman not to deliver the package.
