Communication with seller was excellent. This was one of my favorite modern cards, and haven’t been able to pull it. Price was great, it doesn’t appear to have any flaws or scratches on the foil, and the centering of the card is excellent. It was packaged wonderfully! Thee_Ark might be new selling, but their communication and packaging was first rate, and I’d highly recommend them! If they have any of my other chases, I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!

Terrible experience! Card sold as Near Mint, and was DAMAGED. Packaging was not even minimal to try to protect the card. It was FOLDER, not even dented because it was protect with sheets of paper. It was a cheaper card but minimally a harder papers to protect the card to be received as NM in a envelope should be expected. Questioned into chat seller confirmed lower price cards do not receive the same level of protection and they do not offer refunds... simple as that....

Card was sent in NM condition, packaged as all others are. I have had 0 issues until this. To me it looks like a mail processing/delivery issue, but again this was sent in NM condition and packaged appropriately. Not sure what you mean by folder, but all cards are penny sleeve and sandwiched with cardboard and masking tape.
