The damage which was fully described and photographed was not nearly as bad as I had imagined, and it’s just a very sweet guitar at a very reasonable price. The seller disclosed it was in an open box with flaws on the back on the instrument, however there were 3 large scratches on the finish on the front of the ukulele and none of this was disclosed in the listing. I felt it was inpropberly represented. I was offered refund if I returned, but that would cost me $20 for shipping both ways and that was not acceptable. It was an open box clearly stating that it had flaws. You received a working ukulele for $20 with a couple of surface scratches that is normally sold for $119.00 brand new. We are truly sorry you are disappointed, that is why we gave you the option to return. Normally we do not give that options on B stock items.
