      As described however it was never made clear if item was used or new. One original screw was missing but seller included a possible replacement. Shipping with USPS turned out to be a nightmare because it was delayed and didn't arrive until 12 days after it was shipped, not seller's fault. Packaging kept item safe and secure though.
