      Seller sold fake amber as real! Clear cheap plastic, gave off a horrible plastic smell when burned. I asked for a refund. It took forever to respond and the response was a 1 GBP refund! I messaged further and got another 3 identical messages saying "half payment?". Further messaging and threatening to report led to a "can't use it?" and FINALLY: "so sorry,we will refund you full payment" x2. Finally received a full refund for a small fake alleged amber piece or 4 pounds. Why go through all that?
