I previously returned a size XL for a refund based on inaccurate sizing. I am just over 40inch chest, and this time ordered 2XL (I usually wear size Large in UK sizing). I found communications on the previous occasion to be a little difficult - they use a chatbot (useless as any other), and when I got to a human, English/shared understanding was 'challenging'.
