    These were shipped quickly, and arrived packed well. All the sticks were green, with multiple buds all over them. They appear to be high quality, with green bark and packed well, all facing the same way so I had no confusion which way to plant. As for condition, they were dry enough to ship, but not to dry - only 24 hours in water and they started budding already! Great value for the money - definitely recommend if you need willow.
