Contacted seller after a few days with no change in status and inquired on shipping status. Seller very receptive and 1) indicated magnet was shipped 2 days after purchase and 2) would ship replacement if not received in 3 days. Next day, just appeared in mailbox in first class envelope with a "tracking number" typed above addressee.
