        The item was finally received in working order, but due to shipping issues I have given the seller a neutral review as the seller could have made other option or effort to support his/her buyers. The transaction from seller to buyer is not complete until the buyer receives the item purchased. The seller's attitude was I got my money, if the buyer did not get the item, it is not the seller's issue, seller responses were for buyer to contact eBay for the money back guarantee.

        The buyer doesnt understand the fact that once the package is in the carrier's hands, there is little to none that can be done to make the package arrive faster. Tracking was provided, Fedex was contacted, and we were assured it would arrive, and it did. Again, the seller has no control of shipping delays once in the hands of the carrier.
