      A+++ transaction with seller - very reasonable offer made followed by quick dispatch of item. Item as described and good value. But there was a problem regarding the 'packaging'. The tray arrived damaged. It appears that it was probably dropped onto a hard surface - probably during transit with the courier - and this cracked the laminate near the edge (about 2cm). The standard dispatch envelope alone offered insufficient protection. Not enough damage to warrant a return but very annoying.

      Hi I am really sorry about that. I would not normally choose EVRI but the new postage system on eBay does not seem to allow me to choose. I am also usually very good at protecting the contents of the parcel bags.
