      As described, great price. However there was a piece missing. Contact with seller first class and return accepted for full refund. Shame as tap looked to be good quality. Opted for refund rather than replacement as tap was required for fitment within 2 days. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

      (i) The item was to replace a dripping kitchen mixer unit.The delivery took nearly 7 days, and the item came on Saturday evening, too late to call a plumber over the weekend. I would have thought that the sellers would have hadat least some experience of an industry where, often, an item for replacement/repair would be urgent, or semi-urgent. (ii)The item would did not come with a pair of flexible hoses. I assume that this is standard for the plumbing industry.

      I was not happy with the delivery time, noted above. Now I learn from the manufacturer (Bristan Ltd.) that plumbersfirstcall is not one of their authorised sellers. Therefore, they do not give a warranty. Furthermore, this item is not returnable (should I ever want to). I was, however, wrong about item (ii). Flexible hoses were indeed included in the package.
