The item was shipped in bubble wrap. :-O BOOOO!!!! The item arrived banged up and dented. Item as described and would have had better value, if the item did not arrive damaged. The listing images did not seem to have the damage, probably occurred during shipment. Sometimes paying more, gets you less. Computer works, not just cosmetics, removing, replacing the cover is difficult due to the dent.
