      Hello, this buyer is misrepresenting what actually happened. He did make an offer for a ring listed in size 10, requesting a different size. We indicated to him that we did not have a ring in the size he wanted. Five hours later he had not retracted his offer and another employee saw the offer for a size 10 and accepted it. I feel this buyer should have retracted his offer after being told we did not have the size he wanted.
