Font of the numbers is an exact match to Mattel's from 1969. I actually use them on slot cars. Extremely thin gauge so you need to handle extremely carefully, and the length of the white stripe doesn't make sense if applying to an Indy Eagle Hot Wheels body. Way too long. Should be exact at this price point.

Ebay's International Shipping Program makes certain that your package will take about a month to get from the U.S. to Canada. In this day and age, this is unacceptable especially for a flat envelope. I want to rate shipping time poorly, but I don't want to hurt the seller as it's not their fault. The seller however, was a pleasure to deal with.
