      Refuses to replace a defective switch. Demanded a picture of the busted up switch which we sent and haven’t heard a word since, over a week.

Offered a free item if he either returned the switch or sent us a picture of the switch. The buyer did neither and then said that we ignored his request. Even a week later we offered to send a free replacement if he sent a picture of the bad switch and to date he has not done so,
