Il recesso dovrà essere anticipatamente comunicato e autorizzato dall'azienda: il cliente dovrà inviare una lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno o una email di posta elettronica certificata (PEC) all'indirizzo infosate@yahoo.it;

la comunicazione dovrà contenere: 1. la manifestazione di volontà di avvalersi del beneficio concesso dal D. Lgs.
