buyer is in USA-he took 2 days after payment & could not make his mind up what size-wanted to take sale off ebay to complete with services i do not provide & discounts-then raised non receipt of goods outside of ebay (remember 2 days) made false statements like this above- i completed refund in required time-i was polite at all times, buyer is full of dung with all his statements & dishonest
