T&C of the sale:
 
- If your order is for wind deflectors please check the product description on the white label on the package of deflectors to make sure that you bought the right deflectors for your car.
 
- Please do not take the deflectors out of the polythene packaging before you try them by the window. first check if length and curvature fits.
 
- Wind deflectors need to be unopened ( in their original polythene packaging and sealed) in order to return them for a refund or a swap.
 
1. Payment
Only accept payments through PayPal.
Make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.
If you buy more than one item out of my shop, please DO NOT pay for anything until I have sent you an adjusted invoice with appropriate postage applied. Otherwise, you may pay more postage costs than necessary.
 
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Local pickup service is not available.
Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours ( Monday – Friday ) of cleared payment.
Once dispatched orders usually arrive UK destinations within 1-5 working days.
If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.
A slight delay in rare cases could be also possible, so please give it around 10 working days before complaining to us that the item hasn't been received as yet.
Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived. Until this time frame has passed we will not be able issue replacements for orders which have not arrived.
 
Please also check with your local postal facility to ensure they are not holding your package. Many customers locate overdue packages at their local post office.
 
3. Postage & Packaging
Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of this.
If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.
 
4. Feedback
Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave us positive feedback, we will do the same for you.
If you are not happy with your purchase, Please email to us before leaving negative feedback, as we believe that problems can be easily resolved by good communication.
 
5. Returns
Prior to any return please get in touch with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently.
Feel free to contact us through email. We will reply all e-mails within 48hr Monday to Friday.
Ensure all e-mails are sent via eBay's messenging system.
If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our very best to put things right. We always give detailed descriptions of goods honestly and to the best of our knowledge. It is your responsibility to order the correct item. Please ask for advice before buying if in any doubt. Refunds will be made minus the cost of P&P. You, the buyer, pay the return postage costs.
 
An email is required stating why the item is being returned. Before returning any item(s) please contact us for a returns note and authorisation number. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not have a valid returns authorisation code. Once your return is logged you must not return the item until you hear back from our returns department, authorising the return. We will reject any item that is returned before authorisation.
 
Items must be returned with all original components unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any items that arrive back with parts missing will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense. Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
 
Please contact us with any problems with your product, we do offer a return/replacement policy upon proof of damage/missing goods. In the case where an item has arrived damaged you will be required to provide a photograph showing the damage before any return will be processed. We cannot accept any items for return which have been specifically manufactured or ordered for you. These items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
