    I purchased a bulb for my TV from seller. Bulb failed about a month after purchased. Sent several emails to seller regarding the issue. Seller has yet to respond. Terrible customer relations with their buyers. Never again!!! So if you have an issue be prepared to be ignored. Thanks for NOTHING!!!

    We answered your question about your 78-day-old order the next day, but you didn't like the answer, so you left lousy feedback. Really? Here is the answer again, as posted on the returns. You have a 30-day window to send it back for a refund or exchange; after 30 days until one year, it has a warranty against manufacturer defects and needs to be sent in for warranty consideration.
