When you purchase item/items from Zetland Auto Parts it means that you accept our terms as stated below and are entering a legally binding contract between us and you
 
We will not despatch any order of goods until we have received cleared funds for the whole of the price.
 
All prices on our listings are correct at time of listing however on rare occasions we may have listing errors. If we have noticed an error in the listing we will notify you via email and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order within 24 hours of the email being sent. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
 
Any weights and dimensions on any of our listings are approximate only.
 
If in the unusual case that an item you have purchased is out of stock you will have the choice to wait for the item to come into stock or to have a full refund.
 
We try to keep our delivery charges to a minimum and in some cases due to the ever changing postal prices you may be required to pay extra for delivery we may not be able to deliver to some locations and in either case you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
 
We will only deliver the goods to the address given to us on eBay/PayPal. It is important that this address is accurate and we will not be held responsible for any miss delivery due to an inaccurate address. The items remain our liability until you take delivery to which then you become the owner and will be held at your risk. We aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted on the listing however delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended.
 
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract via the eBay messaging system. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your PayPal account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible which is normally within 2 working days of us receiving the goods PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
 
In our listings if we state the condition to be used this means that we have taken the part from a used car that have recycled, we test all parts prior to dismantling and we also run further checks after dismantling. It is unusual for us to sell a faulty part however if this is the case please contact us for further details
 
We security mark all of our items in various ways and make records of the markings on our database, these markings will not affect the item in working in anyway. We will only issue a refund of any item if the security markings match the ones we have on our database. If an item is found to be defective please notify us via eBay messaging system to which we will advise you on the next step. You will be responsible for the return carriage until the item has been tested and found that it is defective. If we run a test on the item and find it is fit for purpose we will not refund the return carriage and it will be your responsibility to pay for delivery again, in this case we will only hold the item for 10 working days before we issue a refund of the original item price minis any fees we have incurred including the original postage.
