I was a little hesitant to "attempt this at home" but the instructions were great, the accompanying videos available on YouTube were terrific, and my particular woofers were prime examples for that first attempt. It takes a little work but not terribly time consuming and I am very pleased with the finished product. Those nearly forty year old 12's are once again shaking the floor! Thank you!

Resistance check at 5 ohms vs. OEM part at 8.6 ohms. I don’t know what difference it may make in sound quality. I will keep as a spare since I did not need to replace my old one. Transaction was smooth, item arrived quickly and packaged nicely.
